All About Phoenix Class
We are a mixed class of Year 5 and 6 children. We have 29 children in our class. We enjoy being taught in the oldest part of the school. Our classroom is 150 Years old and we are looking forward to learning about life as a Victorian schoolchild later in the year when we study this subject in History. We are currently learning about the Tudors and we are finding out about how they had a large influence on our village and the local area. We are also finding out about The Spanish Armada.
We are the oldest children in the school and as such set a shining example to the rest of the school in everything that we do. We understand the importance of modelling Our Five Key Skills to the younger children in our Learning Behaviours and in the way we behave towards each other. We show RESPECT in particular to each other, To our environment and to ourselves. We show RESILIENCE when sometimes our learning is challenging. We rise to this challenge and try our best.
AIM HIGH, TRY YOUR BEST, GO FAR
